Aneesh Pradhan is a disciple of the revered tabla maestro the late Pandit Nikhil Ghosh. He started his training in tabla at an early age, and even as a student received recognition as a gifted percussionist. Today, Aneesh is recognized as one of the more versatile tabla player who is at ease when accompanying a vocalist, an instrumentalist or when performing as a soloist.

Aneesh has performed extensively in India and abroad. His performances in Australia, U.K., New Zealand and other countries has won him critical acclaim. He is a "A" grade artiste of All India Radio and Doordarshan.
